Shipping Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery upon confirmation of purchase. For international orders, please note that while we will make every effort to provide all the necessary documentation, if your packages are delayed at customs, it is completely beyond our control. In that case the 2-3 weeks mentioned above will not hold. Shipping and Handling charges will apply. Shipping and handling to the US and other International destinations will vary from Canadian rates. Returns Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided that the merchandise is unmarked, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition. A receipt must be presented in order to obtain full credit for the purchase price minus shipping charges. If you are contacting us because you received a damaged/incorrect item, please provide the following information: - Order number

- Description of damage or defect. How, where, and in what way was the product damaged? (e.g. CD not working, pages missing in a book etc.) Please be as clear and specific as possible.
If you are returning the item for purely subjective reasons (e.g.: did not like the contents, did not like the appearance etc), we ask your consideration in remembering that we are a non-profit organization that is completely volunteer run. Refusals We will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide product description and a photo (whenever possible) so that you can make an educated buying decision. If the package arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept a damaged package, please make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order to file a damage claim in the event that the actual product is also damaged.Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 48 HOURS of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage. Missing or Lost Items We use Canada post for shipping. Some packages may be delayed or lost for reasons beyond our control. Please allow 5 business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us. |
